3. Description of the whole machine line
ZJX-4*1600mm steel coil slitting line is used for slitting the carbon plate to prepare for the next process.
a. Hydraulic entry coil car
The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils into the de-coiler
It is driven vertically by hydraulic cylinder with four guide pillars
The level movement is driven by cycloid motor
b. Hydraulic un-coiler
Supporting steel rolls and uncoiling
It can expand and shrink with hydraulic oil cylinder and fit with the inner hole of the steel coils and is equipped with supporting stand
Moment motor drives the coils running and the motor can run right and left to prevent the coils running by inertia
c. Press and pinch and feed device
It is good for improve the plates' surface and do straightening then guiding the steel plates into next process
It is made by 5 leveling rollers, drive device, 2 pinch roller and frame. Every rollers is the main driving rollers
The gap between rollers can be adjusted manually to make sure the leveling quality
hydraulic telescopic shovel and hydraulic press and hit the head device etc. to feed the plate
Drive model: all the rollers and gear box drives by 30 KW motor
d. Hydraulic head-cutting machine
Adopt two columns structures, a press device, can cut the 4mmX1600 steel plates
The up and down blades which are alloy material 6CrW2Si can adjust their gap
The machine is used for the steel shear and to make the plate easy to slitting machine
e. Looper I
It uses the 2 groups of magic eyes to control the speed buffer between decoiler and slitting machines
The looper will create a buffer zone for easier into next stage process
f. Guide device
On both sides of the mixer used vertical roller wheel device, lead the steel strip right into slitting host
Pieces on both sides of guide bit screw adjustment on both ends of the vertical roll by, the width of the range: 500-1300mm
Set the two roller material damping device, improve the accuracy of slitting
g. Slitting machine
Power part: This is composed of power-stand, decelerator, 55KW direct current motor, gear distributing case, coupler, spindle, connecting-cover, etc.
Host machine: This is composed of bottom-stand, fixed bracket, big slide, knife pivot(φ220mm, 2pcs), movable bracket, slide, the front and back adjustable device of bracket, knife pivot lifting and pressing down adjustment device, accompany of blade, separating cover, rubber band and 20 blades with the machine
It change the blades through moving out the bracket hydraulically and is very convenient and fast
h. Scrap winder
It consists of base, the shaft and plate of scrap material, friction wheel, supporting wheel chain, chain, decelerator and 7.5Kw electric machine
i. Looper II
It is equipped with the bridges which is driven by hydraulic. When feeding the head of the coils, the bridge can lift up and be a surface to make the plate easy into next progress, once finished the feeding period, the bridge will lift down to create the buffer zone to store enough plates and ensure the recoiling quality
j. Tension stand
It consists of the frame, pre-dividing device, press and tension device and guide rollers and so on. And it is used to adjust the tension of pre-divide and recoiler to make sure the even and tight quality
k. Recoiler
It adopts the hydraulic expand and shrink recoiler shaft to tight the inner hole of coils
it uses the hydraulic movable arm with the supporting spacers to ensure the even recoiling quality
It is equipped with the push device to help unload the coils
