Returns are accepted but must be initiated by the buyer within the following time periods:
Defective Items - within the warranty period
Non-Defective Merchandise (20% restocking fee will be charged) - within 14 days of receipt
Return shipping to be paid by buyer. Our actual shipping and handling costs (items listed as free shipping) is not refundable and will be noted in the receipt for clarification. Items must be returned in our original packaging and in original condition.
Items showing signs of abuse or neglect will not be accepted for return under the warranty agreement.
