Structure of Hat Channel Roll Forming Machine
This roll forming machine consists of 3 tons automatic decoiler, chain driven transmission, feeding, forming rollers, cutting device, electric controller and stacker.
Working Flow
Coiler loading → feeding-in with guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) → roll forming → punching→ cutting → stacker running out
Packing Mathod
Nude, with waterproof cloth and stow-wood. Imported computer control system packed with waterproof cloth and card board. This machine can be put into one 40feet container. Or if we make this machine two parts, it can be put into one 20feet container.
Aftersales Service
This producing line is maintained free of charge for 12 months. When the machine is used in China, we will install and debug the machine for free; if it is used at abroad, we will send the professional technician to debug. Buyers should take all the fees for technicians travelling abroad.
