Reliable drying process critical condition 1. proper drying temperature: Slice temperature must reach 170 ~ 180 ℃, preferably at the outlet of the dryer is measured at 175 ℃.2. proper dehumidification temperature: not exceed 190 ~ 200 ℃, measured at the dryer inlet.3. The right of dehumidified air dew point: not higher than the dew point of -30 ℃, preferably below -40 ℃, measured at the dryer exit.4. Suitable dehumidified air flow rate: most of the dryer capacity is about 1 cubic feet / hour / pound sliced, which is the minimum required. Obviously, gas flow must be at the correct temperature and dew point.
