1:  Material: the block material is ductile cast iron and bearing material is bearing steel.
2:  Bearing precision: Bearing accuracy mainly has Dimensional accuracy and Rotation accuracy. The precision has been standardized into six grades:grade P0/6X/6/5/4/2.Precision is better from P0, P0 grade is for general purposes
3. Quality standards:China Bearing Standard: GB/T 307.3—1996, General rules for rolling bearing GB/T 307.3—1996
4: Bearing hardness:63°Hardness testing equipment: HRD-150type Electric Rockwell
5: range of use: farm machine, food machinery,Assembly line equipment,draught fan

6. Aligning performance of Spherical ball bearings with pillow block:
      (1). The normal aligning range is up to about ± 2, then well-oiled;
      (2). If do not consider the lubrication, the aligning range can reach about ± 8;
      (3). For the pillow block bearing with a sealing cover, the aligning range should be controlled within ± 1.
7: Bearings Conventional temperature is about -15°C~+100°C, The bearings that used in high temperature require special
 
handling, and use durable accessories and high temperature lubricant. If necessary, please discuss specifically.
8: Bearings Grease and rust:Bearings are filled with the moderate Great Wall lithium grease for low-noise at the factory,
 
therefore, be sure to use similar lithium grease to avoid grease deterioration when we add grease into bearings. It not better add too much.

 

Types available: UC series, UK series, SA series, SB series, HC series, UR series,SER series,SCseries,UCX series.
 1) Radial insert ball bearings are particularly easy to fit. They are located on the shaft by means of an eccentric locking collar, grub screws in the inner ring, an adapter sleeve, drive slot or fit.
 2) The radial insert ball bearings are integrated in the housing units. In order to ensure correct function and operational reliability in all operating conditions, the bearing and housing are matched to each other.
 3) Housing materials: cast iron pillow blocks / cast iron plummer blocks / sheet steel housings / plastic housings / stainless steel housings.
