Description

Based on shafting types, HF/HI/HS series CPP can be designed as multiple modes of single-engine-single-propeller, double-engine-double-propeller and double-engine-single-propeller etc. Through hydrodynamic calculation, structural design analysis, material well selection, the products are high in reliability, simple in structure and convenient in maintenance. Besides, the CPP system can be equipped with sorts of PTO via the transmission, to drive one or more load (shaft generator etc), thus satisfying demands of different hull forms and functions.

 

Features:

  1. Customized design: Since each ship has different hull forms, our engineers, based on the calculations of latest hydrodynamics theory and tank test results, will design the most suitable propeller on actual wake of each ship, ensuring best propeller efficiency with reducing vibration and noise as much as possible.

  1. Serialization: Take use of FEM design tool to do optimization on blades and hub mechanism. Three CPP hub series that have been developed can satisfy ships with different hull forms. The hub diameter is up to 2m at maximum.
  2. Low Pressure and Smoothness: Though successively optimizing and improving, the CPP system can produce a low oil pressure, thus increasing smoothness and reliability when blade adjusting pitch.
  3. Integration: CPP control system based on PLC has very high flexibility and redundancy. With convenient visualized system setting, users may select control lever / DP system on demand.
  4. Blade section geometry: Cooperated with Marin Company, it makes optimization to effectively reduce cavity, thus increasing propulsion efficiency.
  5. OD-Box (Distributor): It is installed at front end of the gearbox, convenient to install, inspect and maintain.
  6. Unique security design: In case of hydraulic trouble, pitch will be secured at the current position no matter at forward or backward condition.
  7. Integration of hydraulic systems of CPP and gearbox: Save installation space and lower installation cost.
