This floating fish feed pellet machine is made up of feeder,extrusion device,power,transmission system,frame,electric controller system,etc.

The raw materials are put into the extrusion device through feeder.in the extrusion device,there is one set of screw and screw cover,after raw materials are in,they are pressed,rubbed and cut,therefore,the inner pressure is increasing,the biggest can reach 4Mpa,meanwhile,the temperature is arising,the highest can reach 140 centigrade,the sharp rise of temperature and pressure within 3-7 seconds,the structural organization of those raw materials.High temperature and high pressure cooking process can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections and also makes the pellets easily to digest.

Features of floating fish feed pellet machine

1.by puffing corn, soybeans or other grains, or by puffing fish meal,bone meal,dried blood,feather meal,etc, to make pellets,such as fish feed(catfish,tilapia,shrimps,etc.)pet food(dog,cat,birds,rabbits,etc.),by changing molds and ingredients.

2.The finished pellets can keep floating for 3-15 hours without pollution to water.The floating time can be controlled by the adjustment of the puffing degree.

4.The diameter of final pellets ranges from 1.0mm to 20mm,the adjustment is just by changing the molds.

5.the finished pellets length is adjustable by changing the speed of the cutting device.
