About Sample:
- Custom samples can be made before you place the order.
- Custom samples can be finished within 2-3 days with ready material and ready style.
- Custom samples cost is US$50.00/pc, not including shipping, refundable in your coming order if more than 500 pcs.
- Custom samples will be processed after sample cost received.
- Sample of which in stock is free, buyer pay for the freight cost.
- If the sample with printing, it will take 5-10 days to process the printing mold and mixing color.
- If the sample with woven or leather patch logo, it will take 3-5 days to finish the logo.
- We will charge $50.00/design as mold fee for woven patch pattern, $135.00/design for leather patch or printed logo, all refundable if your coming order is no less than 1000 pcs.
Question 1: Can I buy your products in small quantity less than 100 pcs?
Answer: Yes, you can if you buy our caps in stock. Our MOQ for caps in stock is 50pcs. But MOQ for customized design will be 100 pcs/model/color.
Question 2: How should I pay for the money of mass production?
Answer: We normally do 30% deposit, balance before delivery.
Question 3: What is your delivery time for mass production?
Answer: Normally 15-25 days, we always try our best to meet customer's required lead time.
Question 4: How do you pack the products?
Answer: Hard paper support plate is used in each cap to keep the good shape. In addition, we use good quality carton to pack our products. Normally 100 pcs/carton. Of course, we can pack the caps as your request.
Question 5: What payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept less than US$3000.00 via PayPal, or should be paid via T/T.
