Description:
The machine uses several high precision gapless transmission agent.
Besides, it is equipped with stable hammer, which can make the cutter frame torque stable up and down inertialess and freely.
The control system is used of digital control system.
It uses two stepper motors which improve the efficiency and precision in additioned D&T digital control foaming cutting machine control system is equipped
with transducer which can up and down adjust the speed according to the foaming precision to perfect the quality,
The surface is flat, markless and good quality feeling .
Terms:
Terms of Payment: 30% advance payment by T/T upon signing the contract
70% covered by T/T before delivery
Delivery: 45 working days after receipt of advance payment.
Installation and Start-up:
One technician will be assigned to coordinate installation,
commissioning and training,
cost for flight and suitable accommodation plus
USD80/day per person will be charged additionally.
Warranty: 12 months limited warranty starting
from date of delivery excluding wear parts.
