Smelting ore MQ ball mill is a grinding equipment widely used in mineral processing industry, including metal and nonmetal mines. Besides, it is also widely used in building materials, chemical, refractories, ceramics , glass and other industries.

  Ball mill is a high fine grinding equipment , and widely used in industrial production process . It is an important equipment for further grinding broken after the early broken.

  First of all, according to different grinding raw materials ,it can be divided into dry milling and wet milling;

  Secondly, it can also divided into the overflow type and lattice type two kinds of grinding way according to the different methods of mine;

   Finally, it can also be in accordance with the style of ball mill barrel can be divided into short cylindrical grinding machine, long cylindrical grinding machine, cone type mill and pipe mill four ways.

The main working principle of ball mill is a cylinder by horizontal installation method, on the two large bearings, through the low speed rotation and all kinds of raw materials. There is a certain amount of grinding medium of mine inside the ball mill cylinder . Friction force and the centrifugal force make these medium back and forth inside the cylinder reciprocating rotation ,to be promoted, ditching ,and drain. At this time from the feed port injection needs to be constantly grinding of raw materials. The material will be moving to bump ,crushing the grinding medium. Then shredded raw material discharge barrel with continuous feeding and this momentum to reach the next level operation process .

Ball mill was conducted by motor driven rotary . It relies mainly on the speed reducer and reducer around the big gear deceleration rotation ,or directly use the low speed synchronous motor through the large gear deceleration turning around.

Large ball mill are always equipped with a slow rotation device . When turning , maintenance or loose load , this device can make host reached 0.15 RPM speed , and can be through the roof rotary department for maintenance .
