ØFeatures: HBE-71T-GSself-shielding flux-cored wiresand suitable forall-positions welding . Smooth arc ,lower spatter, excellent welding line and easily removed slag.
ØApplications:The wire suitable for semi-automatic welding without requiring impact toughness. Widely appliedto light-duty structure as such as single-welding ,lap joint welding, fillet welding and butt joint welding.
ØNotes:1.Ensure theweldment connect with positive pole and welding gun connect with cathode.
2.Keep the welding angle 80°90° between wire and weldment when vertical down welding to prevent slag inclusion and porosity.
3.keep the electrode extension with 6—10 times by wire diameter.
