Structure of Tube Roll Forming Machine
This roll forming machine consists of 2 tons manually decoiler, chain driven transmission, forming rollers, mainframe(including guiding platform), hydraulic cutting device, hydraulic system, computerized control cabinet and stacker.
Working Process of Tube Roll Forming Machine
Coiler loading → feeding-in with adjustable rollers guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) → rolling & forming→ hydraulic cutting → stacker running out
