B) Structure of U channel purlin roll forming machine
This U channel roll forming machine could produce several different dimensions U channel with one set of rollers, this machine consists of 3 tons passive decoiler, forming machine, flying saw, computerized control cabinet and stacker.
The whole production process including punching and cutting is controlled by PLC, rollers manually adjustment if different dimensions of manufacturing is needed.
