Iron Pipe Centrifugal Casting Machine

We manufacture 3-meter horizontal Centrifugal Casting Machine to produce the Grey Iron Pipe building drainage and sewerage. Our hot mould horizontal Centrifugal Casting Machine, spinners or metal spinning machines, are used to produce the Epoxy Grey Iron Pipe for building drainage.  The centrifugal casting machine produce pipe with diameter of DN100-1200mm, and length 3000mm according to the standards of ISO2531. Combining proper mould design, mould coatings, mould spinning speeds, pouring speeds, cooling rates and metal chemistry, the equipment is high in automation, reliable in running, simple in operation, higher yields and low in energy consumption etc.  Our centrifugal casting machine ranges from simple, manually operated equipment to fully automated systems utilizing programmable logic controllers (PLC).  Apart from manufacturing Centrifugal casting machine, we also manufacture pouring machine, pipe receiving machine, pipe extracting machine and finishing lines like annealing furnace, bitumen coating machine, cement lining machine and zinc spraying machine, pipe grinding machine, hydraulic pressure testing machine, pipe shot blast machine, paint coating and baking line etc.   Also, we supply process control options that allow precise, repeatable control of casting parameters for experimentation purposes or high quality casting production as well as complete technical information necessary for the machine foundation, installation, operation, pouring rates, motor speed control, etc.
