The machine is a new light-duty rock drill to exploiting and constructing in stone industry and architecture industry. It has low air consumption, low noise,high speed,efficiency,easier operations, good economic effect. Suitable for drilling on medium hard and hard rock (f=8~18). The holes can be horizontal, sloping, and vertical upward. The drill rock diameter and depth are 32~45mm and 5m respectively.
Product Introduction
1. The machine is mainly used in small quarries,small coal mines and limestone mines for drilling,blasting for constructing roads in mountain areas,also in the capital construction for water conservancy works.
2. it is suitable for drilling works in large mines for boulder blasting and other projects as well.
3. When it is matched with air- leg model FT100,it can perform both dry and wet drilling under various kinds of rocks,and it is even more flexible in drilling operation 4. when matched with the small- size compressor of capacity of 1.5m3,the function will be better than others.
5. The flanged control valve is adopted,so it has many advantages such as reasonable in structure,quick in starting ,light in weight ,fast drilling speed,lower air consumption,smaller vibration,easier operation,lower trouble rate,long-life parts,good economic effect. 6. It is also equipped with a rubber damping handle,so is easy to operate and provide the operators with necessary working protection.
