KXX2-D AC contactor series

◎Application:

KXX2-D series AC contactor mainly used to circuit with AC 50Hz(or 60Hz), rated voltage till 690-1000V, in the usage AC-3 rated working voltage is 380V, rated working current till 115A-800A, for long distance connect and break circuit, also can combine with suitable thermal relay to consist of electromagnet starter, for overload circuit protection.

◎Structure feature:

◆Contactor mainly consist of arc extinguishing system, contact system, base, magnetic system(include iron core, coil) etc;

◆contactor contact system is directing acting type, double breakpoint, bottom base adopt aluminum alloy section, coil use plastic enclosed structure, coil combined with magnet yoke, can be removed and load from contactor directly, easy to operate and maintain;   

◆Contactor can install additional 2 auxiliary contact group (max 8 pairs contact)

◆Contactor with short arc, it's only around 1/6 of other same volume contactor arc. Can save occupy space while it used in complete device, it's excellent component for electric control device

◆Building block installation type to install additional auxiliary contact group, air time delay head and other accessory;

◆Contactor can install additional interlock vertically or horizontally.

◎Working and installation criteria

◆Surrounding temperature range: -5℃～+40℃

◆The altitude of installation place should lower than 2000m.

◆Atmospheric relative humidity should lower than 50% when the temperature is +40℃, higher relative humidity is acceptable when the temperature lower than +40℃, max relative humidity can reach 90% when the temperature at +20℃, should have special policy in condensation condition which may caused by temperature changing.

◆Installation place shouldn't have obvious impact or shake, no dangerous explosion neurogen, no etchant gas, and can't hit by dust, rain or snow

◎Application notice

Contactor silver contact after a certain times connecting and breaking operation, silver contact appearance will have slight singeing or nigrescence , this phenomenon won't affect application, no need polish it, otherwise will reduce silver contact life. But if singeing too serious to contact , then should use glossy file to file it slightly. If control voltage not in the range of (85%-110%Us)(as table 1), can communicate with manufacture for special order.
