Description:
| 1st step: Purchase material, including synthetic leather, rubber bladder, thread, ink etc. | 5th step: After finishing machine stitching, put the bladder into the leather shell, then sew the end manually. |
| 2st step: Cut the leather into pieces according to soccer ball design, make sure them adjusting to correct size and shape. | 6th step: Examing the air leakage is very important. Inflate the ball to standard pressure, stay 12~36 hours, if found air leakage then pick out the unqualified soccer ball. |
| 3rd step: Assembly all the pieces on printing production line, use silk screen to print out the pattern as customer’s design. |
7th step: Lastly deflate all qualified soccer balls, put each one into polybag, then into standard export carton to be delivered.

| 4th step: Use sewing machine to stitch the panels. Normally a soccer ball contains 32 panels including pentagon (5 sides) and hexagonal (6 sides) panels. But we all have other models, like 12 panels, 24 panels, 30 panels etc. |
