River Gabion Mattresses Introduction
River Gabion Mattresses are used for river bank and scour protection, channel linings for erosion control, and embankment stability. They are filled with rock at the project site to form flexible, permeable, monolithic structures to promote rapid growth of natural vegetation.
The base section of the river gabion mattresses is divided into compartments and filled with stones at the project site. With lids secured, River Gabion Mattresses form flexible, permeable, monolithic structures.
Packing: 40-100 sets / bundle, or as required
Loading: 6200m2 / 20' container; 13500m2 / 40' container
Capability: 8 sets machines, 2000 tons/machine per year, 4 days/40'container
Standard: ASTM975-97, EN10223
Test report will be supplied after finished production from our own lab or SGS lab.
All sizes and dimensions are nominal. Tolerances of ± 3% of the width, length, and ± 2.5 cm of the height shall be permitted
