Textile ultraviolet(UV) Transmittance Prevention and Sun Protection Test System
Testing Standards: AATCC183, AS/NZS 4399:1996, BS7914:1998
Applications:
This machine is mainly used for testing textile UPF, UVA and UVB transmittance.
Product Information:
The machine designed with CCD detector free of scanning, with time saved, especially when testing multiple specimens. Since the character of no scanning, there is no relative problems such as unstable or inaccurate results resulted by the grating calibration, spectral distortion.
The light source of LED, that has a better stability, less heat generated, with intensity of adjustable, character of work quiet and electricity saved. Meanwhile, the electric modulation eliminates the influence of dark current on detector, and greatly improves the measuring accuracy of SPF (ultraviolet absorption) materials. The LED light source can be used at any time when open it, other times it keeps closed and could be opened just in the test moment. Also with a long life, and can be used up to tens of thousands of hours without producing much heat.
The instrument equips with aerospace-grade spectrometer, light source and detector, with high reliability, and accepted by the NIST of the United States. Import machine has a stable system. While sample test platform can move in XYZ three-dimensional axial, could test 25 samples continuously and automatically.
The panels can hold 25 samples, test 25 samples or 25 points of the same samples in one-time continuously and automatically, also can select the points needed through the mouse, and test automatically, with high efficiency. Each time, it can automatically test reference sample first to ensure the accuracy of each test on the sample before test the single point or specimen. The average automatically measured after several measurements. 0.2 microseconds of scanning time (rather than less than 5 seconds of scanning time for other brand) gives high efficiency, and the scanning intensity is adjustable according to the regions and intensity of the spectrum.
