compeletely eradicate the stratification phenomenon, ensured the uniformity of materials mixing, the first choosen equipment of the tablet press, capsule filling machine, packaging machine, pulverizer and virating screen and so on.
When compress air supply into vacuum generator, vacuum generator produce negative pressure forming vacuum airflow, the material is sucked into suction nozzle, to form airflow, through by suction tube reach into stock bin of feeding machine. Filter completely separate the material and air, when material filled with stock bin, controller will automatically shut down air source, vacuum generator stop working, at the same time, stock bin automatically open, and the material falling into the hopper of equipment.
At the same time, the compressed air is through by pulse backflush valve automatically self-cleaning filter, waiting untill time is up or material level sensor sending feeding signal, will automatically start feeding machine.
