Ranentech Pin-type Horizontal Sand Mill is adopting pin-type grinding structure and arrange it in different combinations to make grinding medium passing the maximum energy, high grinding efficiency with double end face forced cooling mechanical sealing. Good sealing efficiency, running reliable. Separation system with large flow dynamic gap separator. In the large flow situation will not have discharging hole blockage, with big open area, gap width 0.05mm to 2.0mm, grind ing media can be used more than 0.1mm.

9. Grinding medium fineness optional range from 0.3 to 3mm → high efficient large flow rotor separator, it will be the 3 to 5 times nm of ordinary sand mill.
10. Grinding material fineness can reach 1um (may be adjusted according to the client process).
