Working Principle:
SHR-1500 High Speed Mixing machine can mix efficiently and rapidly. The agitating device is made of three couples of impellers on the same spindle but different height. The speed of the impeller can be adjusted. While mixing, the materials will rise because of the centrifugal force, but they will fall back when they touch the deflection baffle. So, the mixing performance can be very good in a short time.

Because of the centrifugal force, the blade at the bottom can feed raises the lower materials along the wall continuously, but the upper materials fall down, thus the circulation of the materials create a spiral to mix.

Fast cutting blades can destroy the block materials which are brought by the feeding blades.

Due to the high speed of the above two rotating blades, the materials can be mixed evenly in a relatively short time.

Quick to discharge, easy to wash

The machine is made of stainless steel, thus it will not cause the volatilization, deterioration and loss of the materials while mixing.

It is suitable for mixing dry and wet materials together but in different percentage, especially for agitating the chicken essence, medicine granules, beverage granules and so on.
