1. Using original Epson DX5 printhead,adopt UV Curing Drop-on-demand piezoelectric inkjet print technology, print resolution achieve excellent 2880x2440 DPI.
2.Adopt unique Double Ink Supply System, double print head with synchronous color & white ink printing; filling with different types of ink is available also.
3.Ink supply system with automatic ink level alarms, thermostaticcontroller, constant pressure system and self-poking arrangement, ensures printing Ink fluency without interruption,effectively preventing printhead clogs.
4. LED touch screen operation panel, easy to learn and operation.
5.Automatic detection of media thickness and auto set the nozzle height, maximum media of thickness can be 100 mm.
6.Automatic printhead clean system, owning anti-blocking, auto flash and moisturizing function.
7. Using Intelligent converter, automatic adjust the vacuum platform suction according to the different media size.
8. High performance UV lamp with long lifetime up to 60000H, smart adjust the power of the lamp according to the different printing media, ensures the drying jobs and enhance adhesion of the UV ink .
9. Adopt High accuracy and wearproof double ball screw transmission device, ensure the print resolution .
