1.Welding:Butting welding, fillet welding, fillet welding in the downhand position, groove welding, multi-pass welding and so on
1.Painting: Rust-preventative oil, epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat,film thickness 150 μ m~250 μ m.
2.Surface Treatment: All kinds of surface treatment is available, polishing, shot blasting, pre-heating, annealing
3.QC: Our products are qualified by 100% test before delivery.
Dimension inspection: Caliper, meter ruler, plug gauge
4.Packaging : Wooden case,steel pallet or other seaworthy package
5.Delivery: Delivery goods by sea or by air or according to customer's requirement
