Plastic bag making machine

USAGE
This machine is microcomputer control automatic sealing and cutting bag making machine.
It is suitable for sealing and cutting plastic film to be flat bags. Sheet. etc
It can work with swing arm punching machine, to make T-shirt bag, shopping bag, etc.

FEATURE
1. Photocells to check the material feeding, when out of material, it will stop automatically.
2. Feeding motor adopts D.C. Motor, the feeding speed is adjustable.
3. Photocell to track the bag printing, it can make sure the bag cutting in correct place.
4. Sealing knife is whole copper material, very high quality, and it has double face, with different sealing shape, for both T-shirt bag and normal flat bag sealing.
5. The cutting knife is high quality steel made, sharp and not easily deformed.
6. There is a micro adjust wheel for adjusting the cutting place.
7. Receiver part with Static electricity treating device, make the bags not fly.
8. Microcomputer system can show the bag quantity, speed, batch, etc, full automatic control
9. Temperature controller is automatic double digital display controller.
10. With “Point-to-cut” buttons, for easy machine adjusting.
11. Machine main motor is frequency inverter control, the bag making speed is adjustable.
12. All the connecting rods are using high quality bearing to connect, long working life and stable.
13. Bag making control motor is step motor, high precision bag length setting. (servo motor for option too)
14. The sealing knife and cutting knife are synchronously working, bag surface has no tension problem, so the size will be very correct.
15. Receiver part with double hot pins for stacking the bags.
