Floating bed water enter from the bottom , then float the resin , the exchange rate is higher, counter flow and regeneration, high quality outlet water, small amount of regeneration agent ,water use is less than 5%, simple operation , high resin strength. Treated water goes from the bottom to the top through the resin, resin layer can form the fluidized bed in the lower part according to a certain proportion,floating layer (pressed layer ) is formed in the upper part of the device, the formed water layer between fluidized bed and the floating layer separates them.The processed ions in the water firstly exchange with the boiling resin,increase the exchanging contact area,and give full play to the resin exchange capacity, most of the ions may be exchanged and removed by the boiling resin ,the remaining ion through a floating layer (pressed layer)again,correspond to refinery,so as to achieve the besteffect and the best water quality.
