We have implemented strict 6S manufacturing system and ISO9001 quality management system. There are twelve QC inspectors and engineers, and all the products have to be inspected before the shipment (100% inspected).

1) When can I get the quotation for my inquiry?
We can send the quotation to you within one working days after confirming all this details of products, If urgent, the quotation can be sent to you within 2 hours after all details are given.
2) How can I get the accurate price?
We need to know the detailed items for price calculation, i.e.: order quantity, trim size, shape (photos), material, printing& finishing requirements, and then our best price will be sent to you on time.
3) How long does the mass production time need?
Normally 10-15 days . Rush order is available.
4) Can I get a free sample?
Of course, we can send you the old sample which we made before or make the new blank dummy to you as per your requests, it just require you to undertake the shipping cost of sample from your side. If your sample needs to be printed, its printing costs will be paid by you.
5) How long can I get the new sample which be made as per my requirements?
After receiving the sample charge and all the materials & design be confirmed. It need 3-5 days to produce it and the express time usually need around 3-5 days.
6) Can the sample costs be refundable?
Yes, the sample costs can be refundable when you confirmed the mass production. If abnormal, please contact the salesperson who follows up with your order.
7) What kind of paper can be printed on?
We have several kinds of paper stocks available as per your demands, e,g, woodfree paper, art paper, kraft paper, cardboard, etc. If you're not sure about which material you need, just pls contact our experienced staff and will give you the best recommendation.
