AAC pulling device of mould Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Plant / AAC Block Plant
1. Function
The mould traction unit (see attached drawing) is a special unit used to hook and push moulds along the car return line.

3. Structure:
The mould traction unit is made up of the following parts: steel cable rewinder, pulley set No. 1, pulley set No. 2, tension device, mould hooking and pushing car, and steel cables.
The mould hooking and pushing car is made up of the following parts: bearings, wheels, hook, car body, shaft and etc.
4. Operation
Switch on the power and the motor should start running, driving the steel cable rewinder to rotation. Steel cables are pulled through pulley sets No.1 and No. 2 and thus the mould hooking and pushing car travels along the rails.
5. Trial running and maintenance
a) Trial running:
The mould hooking and pushing car should run along the rails smoothly and stably.
b) Maintenance:
The wheels should be lubricated with #1 colloidal graphite lubricating oil once a week.
6. Safety:
a) Clear all obstacles away form the rails and their sides.
