Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Block has advantages as follows: light weight, high strength, ideal precast building material, superb heat to suffer, fire and sound resistance. AAC is made from silicon material (silica sand, or recycled fly ash) and calcium material (lime, cement), mixed with foaming additive (aluminum powder), batched with water. It is made into the multi-cell silicate product by the processes of molding, pre-curing, cutting, evaporating and curing.
