8. Description:
Stair tread is made of steel grating which load flat steel bar and cross bars, placed horizontally and vertically, and at an equal pitch apart, by welding with 200-ton hydraulic resistance automatic welding equipment, then cutting, punching and banding ends.
Our company produces complete steel ladders with guardrail, which are made of grating treads. When specifying the steel ladders, please refer to the national general standard construction drawing 87J432. According to the presence of the nosing and the methods of mounting to stringers, grating treads are classified into six types, expressed as T1, T2, T3, T4, T5 and T6. In view of economics, it is advisable to use the recommended lengths and widths below.

Steel grating have been fabricated strictly in accordance to the product quality standards, and their high quality is guaranteed under the control of ISO9001 quality system.
12. Application:
It is widely used to civil construction, commercial construction, theater, underground, railway and so on. It can also used in roof decoration, inside and outside of the house decoration, corridor, ventilation window, advertisement board, cover board.
13. Packing & Transportation:
The packing of steel grating is normally packed in piling up ways with two pieces of square wood on both upper and bottom sides. There are four or six pieces of M10 long bolt penetrating the gratings and screwing together. It is suitable for loading and unloading by fork-lift and crane.

b. Give type and quantity of fastener. In principle, each piece of grating needs four set of fasteners.
c. Please offer construction plan when big floor areas are required to cover with steel gratings. Also provide constructional elevation drawing and joint details as well as the section size and location of supporting steel beam, if any openings are required on such floor areas.
d. When ordering stair treads, please state out types of stair treads, and the specification, length, width, quantity and required surface treatment for gratings used.
