Folded cover softback book is a custom softcover book made as per the client's requests. It can be handmade by using the technique called Iris Folding. The required things include several sheets of different colors of colored paper,Glue Stick,Tacky Glue and Scissors.
Procedures for Folded Book cover Handwork:
1.Place the book on top and fold down the top and bottom edges of the paper to match the top and bottom of the book. Fold one end of the paper and slide the front cover of the book into the open end until the edge of the cover meets your fold.
2.Close the book and crease the other end of the paper where the edge of back cover meets it. Slide the back cover into the open fold. Your book cover is now complete.

The color of our digital sample is 95% similar to that of printed sample on Heidelberg printer. They are put in our strict color management system. We can supply a whole set of digital printing sample for your reference. Of course, you can see its final binding effects after receiving this digital sample. It can be finished within three days.
We ensure the color consistency through our advanced Koda CTP system and strict color management procedures from pre-press to printing on the printer.
Quality control flowchart:
We have implemented strict 6S manufacturing system and ISO9001 quality assurance system. There are 12 QC inspectors and engineers, and all the products have to be inspected before leaving the factory (100% inspected).
