Description:
This plant employs a process in which the air is purified by molecular sieve, expansion turbine is provided with braking effected by fan and nitrogen is produced by means of double columns with expansion accomplished through drag flow. PFD as follows:

Competitive Advantage:
- By means of single column with expansion accomplished through backflow, which can supply nitrogen gas with medium pressure directly without compression in backward nitrogen compressor, which not only cuts down cost, but also prevents secondary pollution, as well as reduces power consumption.
- The stress is analyzed and strength is calculated in details for the cold box in fractionating column system in accordance with the client’s local meteorological and geological conditions to ensure the safety of cold box. The stress is analyzed for the main pipelines located in cold box.
