ISO Grade K30 - K40 tunsten carbide rod blanks are our hot selling product, which with 90% tungsten carbide, 10% cobalt and 0.6 micron average grain size. 

The rods offered by us are widely known for their features like excellent hardness, transverse rupture strength, durability.

Tungsten carbide rod can offer best-fit solutions for special work piece metals such as harden material with high wear resistance. Tungsten carbide rod is a WC-Co alloy using Sinter-HIP technology, which is simultaneous application of heat and pressure fully consolidates the carbide during the sintering process.

We adopt automatical temperature control system and advanced sintering technology to reduce the probability of porosities, which efficient increase the mechanical property of rod blank. Our Carbide rods product quality is stable and reliable, which have a good shock resistance, abrasion resistant and bending resistance in use.
