ELC90S is a large power manual fireworks firing system machine ,it has A B C D E F G H I nine displaying areas and 3 distributors that each one has 30 channels ! Each channel can fire 30 pcs electrical matches in series .the main cable is 80 meters ,others is 10 meters
Point fire using method;
1.Connecting the firing system machine with alternating current 220V or connecting with the battery 24V,put on the power switch to"on",the voltage shows to the requirment voltage ,it means the machine connects the elctric well ,can use
2. Machine testing:put on the main switch to "on"and turn another switch to test,press the button from one to ten ,you will see the relative light will be bright ,it means the machine is normal
3connect the ignitor of the fireworks with the distributor ,the main distributor (the cable is the longest one)connect with machine,and then connect other distributor in the queue
4.connect testing : put on the main switch to "on"and turn another switch to test,turn on the relative testing area (one time can only test one area),the relative light will be bright ,it means the products are connected well
5.fire a.Turn on the switch to "fire"and relative area to "on",press the relative button directly
b.If you want to firing two or more than two products at the same time ,you can connect the product at the same number channels but different areas (for exampl :C-3,D-3,E-3 firing at the same time ,put the switch of the C D E area to "on",other six area switch to "off",then press the number 3 button ,you will see the products of C-3,D-3,E-3 will be firing at the same time )
Point fire using method
1.turn on the area
that you want to rapid fire(eg:2.3,6),adjust the rapid fire time( eg:0.3
seconds),press the start button,the machines will automatic fire from area
2(channle 1-10)to area 3(1-10) to area 6(1-10)
2.when time show oo,the
machine is at step fire status.press the start button one time fire one
cue.
3.The function of the remote is the same as "start"button.
regulation:
1.the machine only can use to fire fireworks products ,can not allowed to do anything the lower does not allowe
2..Please don't make it to be short circuit for that would damage machine.(the first cable connected with the mahine must be the longest one )
3.If connecting products in series, for the resistivity of ignition dissimilarity from different factory , please use the products which made by the same factory;
4.They would affect each group's ignite quantity directly for the differences is existed in different products ignite, the thickness of lines, and the distance of circuitry;
5.when you connect the product well but you do not want to use it ,please turn off the switch and do nor shake the machine .
6.after turning off the power switch ,do not fire ,because there are a little electirc in the machine that will fire the product
7..when you do not ues it,please put the power switch on "off" position, put the conversion switch on "test" position.
8. Please don't place the product in the damp , sour ,alkali and pollution environment.
