Description:
The dump truck is composed of the chassis, cab, engine, and compartment. The structure of the former three is the same with that of common trucks. The tipper's feature is its compartment can be tilted by an angle, so as to discharge the cargo inside the compartment. The compartment can be tilted backwards or laterally, though the former is more common. There are also products that are capable of tilting on both directions.
Applications:
It is suitable for in normal roads and tough roads, to transport and unload transport, stone, ore, and others loose materials.
Competitive Advantage
The front of the compartment is set with a cab safety protection plate. By means of the power from the engine, the tilting of the compartment is completed by the tilting mechanism which consists of the fuel tank, hydraulic pump, distribution valve, lifting hydraulic cylinder, and other components. Controlling the movement of the piston rod through the control system, the compartment can be stopped at any desired position. It uses its own weight and hydraulic control to reset.
Since the compartment can tilt a certain angle to discharge, the unloading time and labor are greatly reduced. This shortens the transport cycle, increases work efficiency, and reduces transportation costs. Therefore, the dump truck is widely used.
