ABS Thermoplastic Superlight Shell: The injection molded ABS Thermoplastic shell is superlight and it is super impact resistant through its special rubber toughened construction. The shell is molded with extreme precision to offer the best performance to weight ratio
In-moulding: Only “In-Mould & Injection Technology” may give helmets this level of added lightness and durability. The exclusive manufacturing process enables the thermoformed polycarbonate shell to be co-molded to the EPS line.
Perfect Fitness: This model is developed per the ISO/DIS 6220 standard and keeps 90% fitness
Comfort-fit: A multi-adjustable system that lets you fine-tune the circumference and height in three different positions to guarantee maximum comfort. Lightweight and easy to use
Quick release fit System: An adjustable system which enable the rider to release the fit system quickly by a single and easy press on the case button. Adjustable in reach and height.
Cool soft: The removable and washable padding is made from one piece of anti-bacterial “fire dry” fabric with adding featuring a 3D open cell structure and ensures maximum comfort and gives away sweat fast.
Divider: The lateral divider ensures rapid adjustment of the helmet’s fastening system. Put on the helmet, fasten the buckle and then just move the lateral divider up or down for your personal fit
Plastic Parts Injection Process:
1. Preparation: check the temperature and get material placed in the de-humidifier for certain time. Some material is very sensitive to hydrolysis.
Thus, Pre-drying is crucial before all processing
2. Injection: Follow the requested temperature at the nozzle while injecting
3. Manual/ Automatic extraction: Sprue cut away from injection machine. Any badly injected component is discarded
4. Conditioning: PA require conditioning (1-2% water content or more) in order to get reasonable ductility.
5. QC: NO color aberration,material scratch,gas mark(sign board), bad phenomenon ,like obvious burrs, deformation, lack of glue which influence beer made forming is allowed ;
Testing: 6 hours freezing in room temperature and 25 degrees below zero temperature, not fracture bent 90 degrees
