The gn pans are actually made in a number of standard sizes, standard depths,
and different materials, so that they all act as a roughly interchangeable set
Two steps in choosing the right size of gn pan that you are looking for:

You can mix and match sizes to give you one full size steam pan space. For instance, you can buy 2 half size, or 3 third size steam pans for your full size chafer or food warmer.
