Features

The silicone sealant is compatible with all kinds of structural silicone sealant and most adhesives, it has
excellent adhesion to alumimum, PVC, stone, ceramic, concrete, metal, plastic, vinyl, wood and most
building material, with outstanding weatherproof ability make it good at using outdoor condition.
Use: The sealant especially designed for outdoor use, building aluminium panel, curtain wall and outdoor
decoration, offers resistance to sunlight, rainwater, snow, ozone and extreme temperatures. It easily
extrudes in a wide rang weather condition and quick cures, the cured sealant can maintain its elasticity
in temperatures of -50ºC to 150ºC without hardening, cracking or degrading, weatherproof sealant alos
can be used for the sealing of vertical and wide joints without slumping

Storage:
Stored under dry and airy place, temperature lower than 90°F(32°C) in original
unopened container, the sealant has 12 months shelf life from the date of shipment at least.
How to use:
1. The subtract surfaces must be cleaned, dry and free of grease and all loose materials.
2. Inject the sealant by hand-operated or pneumatic caulking gun and fill sealant in the joints. For getting better appearance, cover outside of the joint areas with masking tapes before application. Remove the masking tapes immediately after finishing.
Notes:
1.Uncured sealant avoids contact skin for long time.
2.Incase contact eyes, rinse eyes with large quantities of water and seek medical service.
3.Keep out of reach of children
Restricted application:
The building materials that may exude grease, plasticizer or solvent, etc.
Surfaces are made of vulcanized or semi-vulcanized rubber.
The place is absolutely sealed and air-insulated . (curing process needs air)
The joints which undertake high structural strength, have suffered excessive friction or physical destroy
before injecting the sealant .

Silicone sealant will release volatile compound so that it could be harmful to health, therefore, please keep good and ventilate; Silicone sealant will not release any harmful substance and not be harmful to health after cured; Keep uncured silicone sealant beyond children’s reach. If getting into eyes, wash off with running water and consult a doctor;
