Characteristics:
One - component, acid, acetic acid type room temperature curing silicone rubber glass; Fast curing speed, good adhesion, extrusion is good, easy to use, has excellent weatherability weather aging;
Main uses:
For glass, aluminum alloy, plastic steel windows and doors, ceramic, non assembly oily Wood etc.;
Powder coated aluminum must be solvent completely remove wax coating.
Construction Guide:
Must use solvents such as toluene or acetone, keep the interface clean and dry. As to the use of a primer to enhance its adhesion, when the primer is dry before construction. Construction application of sealant joints completely filled, ensure a double faced adhesive. Taped the protection of sites in need, but make sure the tape not to touch the surface of construction will be. Cannot be used as structural sealant;
Not compatible with the materials of grease or exudation;
Unsuitable for airproof location, for it requires absorbing moisture in air to cure;
Unsuitable for frosty or moist surface;
Unsuitable for continually flooding or entire-year moist place;
Corrosive to the materials of concrete, porosint stone, zinc and iron;
Cannot be used when the substrate temperature is under 6or above 40.

Restriction of Usage:
1, Unsuitable used on the material's surface that leaking grease, plasticizer or solvent.
2, It should be used in the ventilated places, because the silicone sealant need to absorb the moisture
in the air for drying.
3, Unsuitable used for frost or wet surface.
4, Unsuitable used for metal coated glass assembly
5, Unsuitable used for marble, granite and other alkaline substances joints sealing.
6, Unsuitable for construction on the material's surface that the temperature lower 6 or higher than 40.
Construction Method:
Please do adhesion test or compatibility test to assure the applicability of product;
Please clean the joint with solvent such as toluene, xylene and acetone, then keep it dry;
Tape is used to cover the edge of the joint to make silicone sealant sealed perfectly, but it cannot contact the sealed surface;
Cut the nozzle at the desired size. Keep good contact between the silicone sealant and joint, and remove the tape before the sealant is cured; Please keep ventilate for the construction site.
Safety
Silicone sealant will release volatile compound so that it could be harmful to health, therefore, please keep good and ventilate; Silicone sealant will not release any harmful substance and not be harmful to health after cured;
Keep uncured silicone sealant beyond children’s reach. If getting into eyes, wash off with running water and consult a doctor;
