Description:

This MLGT(Q) 25x2 paddy husker is mainly used for hulling grain and separating chaff from the mixture of grain and husker.
Meanwhile, it's driving system uses the timing belt or V-shape belt which can overcome oil leakage and noise of gear boxes. The machinery it can realize automatic control equipped with pneumatic system.

Principles:

The paddy is fed into the two rollers evenly after pass the drip plate (or feeding rollers and drip plate), the rollers in a same diameter rotating reversely in different line speeds, and the paddy is squeezed, rubbed and teared while it goes through the two rollers. Most of the paddy is husked; afterward, the husk is separated out in the separating device; and then the rice husk is sucked out by the suction outlet. The paddy mixer is discharged from the discharging drip plate lastly.

3. Through air suction and vertical air channel, paddy husks can be highly separated.

4. Two pairs of rubber rollers are able to hull paddy and re-husking paddy separately in each hulling chamber in the mean time, higher capacity, reduced broken.

5. Compact size, no oil leakage, low noise.

6. Low rubber wear due to an improved feeding system and the automatic, continuous control of the husking pressure.

7. A constant pressure between the rubber rolls is maintained by pneumatic or mechanical control, which helps to ensure a uniform husking ratio.

8. Easy to assemble and disassemble rollers, easy to operate.
