General Information
 
This equipment is a ion coating machine of efficiency, harmless and pollution-free. It has the features of fast deposition rate , great ionization rate, big ion energy,easy operation, low cost, large productive capacity, etc.
 
Characteristic: The principle of the electric arc is integrating cold cathode arc discharge self-sustained light unite pulse technique and magnetron sputtering technology, thinning the particles to improve the properties of the film. It can coat on the surface of the metal as well as nonmetal.

1.  hardware industry (sanitary ware, door handles, handle, door locks etc.)

2.  decoration industry (stair handrail)

2.Pumping system: mechnical pump+roots pump+diffusion pump or molecular pump +maintain pump

4.Alarm at unusual circumstances  and taking safe measures
5.Real-time display the various data,automatic control of production process,automatic storage of    parameters.
6.Pules supply,pulse bias supply
