1. The powered drive unit drives all wheels synchronized using the AC gear motors via the latest inverter control.
2. A hand held low voltage control pendant on a 10-metre cable provides the operator with full control of the rotator including a potentiometer for varying the speed, forward / reverse and stop.
3. All our rotators are grit blasted to SA 2.5 for all structural steel and polyurethane paintwork ensuring that your investment provides you with many years of reliable, trouble-free use.
4. The idler roll has the same dimensions to match the powered drive unit.

1. Seaway is the most common transportation way for oversea trading.
2. Depends on your location, combined transport by rail and sea is also an option.
3. Certainly railway transportation is also acceptable if it is the most suitable approach.

2. During this time, any issue proved because of the machine flaw itself,we would take the whole responsibility of it.

More Attention
1. Normally under 60 T model we use the Rubber material rollers , upper we use Steel material rollers.
2. If your work piece material is Nonferrous Metals , we suggest PU rollers.
3. Self-aligning welding rotator / Bolt adjsutment / Lead Screw adjustment / Fit up rotators all available.
4. If your single pipe length more then 8M , then you should use 1 powered with 2 idlers to support.
Installation
1. Normally the rotators shipped with fully installation.
2. It's easy to installate via our detail drawings supported.
3. We also have engineers supply door to door installation service, but customer have to pay the plane tickets.
