16 - 110mm PVC Corrugated Pipe Production Line Stable Running Plastic Extrusion Machinery
Product Description
Our new design SJSZ65 / 132 PVC pipe machine is mainly used in producing various diameters ( 16-110mm ) and pipe-wall thickness of PVC pipes and UPVC pipes for agriculture and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc. With years of experience, our PVC pipe machine has features of low consumption, high output, stable running etc.
The complete PVC pipe machine include: material charger, SJZ 65/132 conic twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank(for big pipe), haul-off, cutter, stacker. Clients also can choose double/four PVC pipe machine to make small size PVC pipes.
The main electrics for our PVC pipe machine only adopt Siemens motor, siemens contactor, ABB inverter, Omron temperature meter.
All of our PVC pipe machine will be tested before delivery, and we will invite our cients to come and testing the whole line with us together
