The Tooling life time, and Tooling component life time, and the parameter data, we can meet 100% surface finish, 0.001-0.003 size tolerance, for rotor stator, the rotation for lamination within 180degree, and the stamping speed can reach 350-400 strokes per min. |

Lead time feedback |
Usually the Tooling components lead time is 1-3weeks, and mold manufacture is about 1-6 months, we will feedback the lead time according customer precision request. this is just manufacture time, not including the shipment time. |

Samples submit |
If the mold manufacture, we'll submit 2-5pcs to customer for checking, other extra quantity, will be take charge of it. |
