Description
This is the device converting three phase power current into single phase intermediate frequency current and enabling metal to produce eddy current loss through electromagnetic field induction to achieve heating and melting and is applicable to melting,heating or holding of steel,copper,iron,aluminum,zinc,tin,
nickel silver and other ferrous or nonferrous metal and alloy material,as well as heating treatment prior to forging,sintering and tube-bending forming in casting and melting industries.

Application
1. It is used for melting non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal and nonmetallic part. Our factory produce smelting furnace and vacuum smelting furnace.
2. The melting furnaces mainly used for smelting steel, iron, copper, stainless steel, aluminum, gold, silver, precious stones, metallic and non-metal;
3. The vacuum melting furnaces is mainly used for smelting heated metal or non-metal under the environment of protecting atmosphere or vacuum (such as cobalt, tungsten, titanium, etc)

Installation
1. Under the following conditions are satisfied, the seller’s installation and construction team will start equipment installation and commissioning for a period of four weeks.
2. Infrastructure installation, civil construction, maintenance have been completed, and meet theinstallation requirements.
3. The cooling water pipes are connected in place. Pressure and flow meets the seller’s demand.
4. The lifting equipments are placed to cope with the construction in the suitable condition.
Note: Equipment installation will be in accordance with the plan graph agreed by the related sides. The buyer can decide the installation location according to the site conditions, including cooling towers, transformers and other equipments, which should be within a reasonable distance;

2. The graphite / Zirconia crucible can be provided to match different melting materials, weight and size.
