Description:
The most widely used austenitic stainless steel for heat exchanger is OCr18Ni9 (304) and 00Crl8Ni10 (304L) two, which accounts for more than 80% of the output. Due to the large use of stainless steel tubes in China, the use of stainless steel pipe is not long, and the standard is not perfect. Therefore, the application in the electric power industry is based on foreign brands and technical requirements.
Stainless steel pipe should be flattening test. In the test, the weld shall be in a position perpendicular to the stress direction, and the stainless steel tube to the outside diameter of the 2/3, and the 1/3 of the stainless steel tube after heat treatment. After flattening the bend outside no cracks or gaps.
Stainless steel pipe inside and outside the surface should be smooth, crack, crack, crack, folding, heavy and other obstacles to the use of the defect. In the wrong side, bite edge, raised and other defects may not be greater than the wall thickness allows deviation. Weld defects are allowed to be repaired, but heat treatment should be carried out after heat treatment delivery of the steel tube.
