Description:
This equipment is a multi-functional straight through type shot blasting cleaning machine. It is mainly used for h-beam, box beam, container, channel steel, and long welded components surface cleaning and strengthening, descaling and surface flaw detection, eliminate internal stress and increase the paint adhesion, etc., through the shot blasting cleaning, improve the fatigue strength, and ultimately achieve the goal of improve the steel surface and inner quality.
Applications:
It is mainly composed of such stage as preheating, shot blast cleaning, painting spraying and drying ect. It is suitable for the surface de-rusting and painting craft for steel plates and sections in such industries as ship-making, automobile making, locomotive vehicle, bridge, and machinery and so on .
