1. How long has your company been around?
Kindly to say we have been a maunfacuturer for more than 12 years, family business, and being company having our head office in Guangzhou for more than 5 years, our Factory in my boss's hometown, where is famous for hair manufacturing and then boss established our head office in Guangzhou for Guangzhou is an international city which is very convenient for exporting, and we have big warehouse and 5 shops here too, so that's why our head office in Guangzhou and factory in Xuchang City, Henan Provice.
2. How big is your customer base? Who is your most prevalent customer and are there any people that you can put me in contact with? (Can you supply me with references?)
Sincerely as we are manufacturer, and we have no MOQ, so our customers are various, small customers, medium customers, VIP customers, the normal customoers place their order $10,000-to 30,000 every month and as to VIP customers, few times of that every month. We have many customers of good long-term business relationship, based on our steady good quality and the most competitive price!
Surely due to the privacy and protection to our customers, we can not tell their information to others, for we can help to print customers own label, which help to establish their own brand, to expand their hair business market and, this way helps a lot of customers, which is a win-win methods.
3. What regions of the world do you get your hair from?
As to the regions, we have Brazilian hair, Indian hair, Mongolian hair, Cambodian hair, Malaysian hair, Peruvian hair, Indian hair, European hair, we have our team, our sourcing department, which collect and import all the virgin raw material from oversea markets and then ship all the raw material back to factory, the production line will clean the hair and sew hait into weft, why the hair have different textures, it's unprocessed with steaming, without chemical process, which protect the hair of the full cuticle, soft and nice! Even of 2 years longevity.
