Applications
Sanitary ball valve is a sanitary ball valve designed for product transmission. It is widely used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
The full bore design of valve chamber does not cause any fluid resistance. This makes sanitary ball valve the optimum choice for treating viscous liquid or liquid containing particulates.
Operating Principle
A precision made ball with through chamber is set in the valve body between two flanges and two PTFE valve seats. The valve shaft can act on the ball by 90° rotation and make the valve open or closed.
Sanitary ball valve is operated by a pneumatic actuator or manually operated by a handle.
