Description:
Raw materials of Green Silicon Carbide are silicon oxide, petroleum coke, apppended with salt, then smelt in high temperature electric arc furnace. It is green crystal structure, high hardness and strong cutting ability, stable chemical caracteristics with good thermal conductivity. Its hardness is higher than corundum, and ranks below diamond. Mechanical strength is higher than corundum.
Green Silicon Carbide Abrasive Powder also named green silicon carbide micropowder, is made from high purity green silicon carbide crude through special technics.
